Bonjour! I have been exploring homemade beauty products and found some amazing recipes on Pinterest! The reason for my shift in expensive beauty products to natural beauty products was simple - I was not happy with the results of some products, nor was I happy with the price and the amount of sulfates, phthalates and parabens used in products.
You are what you eat, but I also believe everything you put on your body is absorbed into your skin. So I figured I would look into homemade remedies. Received a fun gift from my husband - the Oh Joy book by Joy Cho! Inside the pages are unique ideas to entertain and fun activities to do with kids! There was useful information on making that perfect birthday cake or treat! I enjoyed the fun, playfulness of the book with unique DIY projects. My fav project is the confetti food! If you are looking for a fun craft book for kids and the young at heart, I definitely recommend this book! Happy crafting!

Dishes I enjoy to make with my Mom during the holidays are perogies and sauerkraut perishky buns! On a cold day before a game, a hot chocolate always keeps me warm! To add a little more warmth Baileys or Kahula pair nicely with hot chocolate! Adding whip cream and cherry on top is always a good idea! Stay Warm!
